Grand Reception Hall
Step into the past when you enter the Grand Reception Hall
with its beamed ceilings, three dimensional paneling, columned staircase and
transitional, gas & electric chandeliers, circa 1905
Enjoy quiet conversation or a bestseller behind the pocket
doors of the fireplaced music room.
The Proctor Sisters installed a brass call bell for the servants which one would step on to call for service. This remains in the floor along with the holes for the brass pegs which used to keep the Sisters custom carpets in place during the early part of the century.
Crafted in 2003 to blend back in time.
You may now have limited use of the kitchen.
Sip a cool glass of iced-tea or enjoy a glass of wine in the
evening on Proctors Porch.
