Groups of 8-16 may rent the whole Inn (without the Innkeepers)

• 8.5 bedrooms, 10 beds outfitted with linens and pillows
• Six bathrooms with towels and toiletries
• Fully equipped kitchen & pantries
• Several common rooms including a three-season porch
• Five TV’s with Basic Cable & one VCR
• Wireless Internet Access
• Small fenced-in yard with Gas Grill
• Parking for 8 cars

Policies

• Application required.
• Deposit of $1000 by check or credit card to reserve dates.
• Cancellations: Deposits/Rent are NOT refunded unless the house can be re-rented for full stay.
• Friday and Saturday nights are always rented together.
• Incentive prices for Thursday / Monday Arrivals & Departures
• Arrival is always after 5pm. Departure is always before 11:30am.
• NO SMOKING       
• NO PETS

Rates

• 2 Nights Weekends $2100
• 3 Nights Weekends $2600
• 7 Nights $4000
• Rates above are approximate. Prices are adjusted to meet individual needs of each group.
